Creative Projects
I live in the tension of loving people and being an introvert. Community is everything, and I hate small talk. My antidote: PLAY. Play gives us a shared experience that is fun, demands presence and invites curiosity.
I’m happy to co-design a community gathering with you whether it be a family reunion, birthday party, community field day, identity-based caucus, work retreat, team-building activity, special life event, etc.
With play at the center, I’ve collaborated on a few projects that have a clear purpose and structure:
Social Sampler Pack: A gathering with the shared purpose of building community and connection through play. Once a week for four weeks, a group of 6-8 folks share meals and play to both expand and deepen relationships in a short time.
Summer Camp for Adults: A summer tradition for adults to gather in community bound by a shared culture of play, built and reaffirmed across time and ritual. An agenda mash-up inspired by youth summer camp and adult retreat vibes.
DAP - Dinner and Play: A lightly facilitated monthly dinner party with play. Host rotates each month and provides a meal & activity
